Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Daily Standup (“the service”) at dailystandup.online. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

• Accounts are invite-only: a team admin's invite link creates yours.
• Keep your password and sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell your admin or us promptly if you suspect misuse.
• Team admins control membership, roles and integrations for their team, and can remove members.

You and your team own what you post. You grant us only the permission needed to store, display and process it to run the service, including sending it to the integrations your team connects. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Do not use the service to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• post content that is abusive, harassing or malicious;
• access data or accounts that are not yours, probe or overload the service, or get around its security;
• connect integrations you are not authorized to use.

Integrations such as Google, Jira and chat providers are governed by their own terms. Your use of them through the service must follow those terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or behavior.

We work to keep the service running but provide it “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and may change, suspend or discontinue features. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or business, arising from your use of the service.

You can stop using the service at any time and ask for your data to be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. We may end access if these terms are broken or the service is discontinued.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. Questions go to support@dailystandup.online.
