Daily Standup

One card per person, per day.

Yesterday, today and blockers on one live board. Run the standup from it — or skip the meeting entirely.

Invite-only · No telemetry · Standup days follow Asia/Bangkok time

Everything a standup needs

Not a project tracker. Not a chat tool. Just the standup, done properly — one card per person, per day, that the whole team reads in a minute.

Live board

Live.
Never in your way.

A teammate's save lands on your screen in about 15 seconds — without ever clobbering the sentence you're typing. Drafts survive a refresh, and the board opens one standup day ahead, so you can post the evening before.

Blockers that age

Hard to ignore.
Easy to clear.

A blocker counts the mornings it stays open, so the one sitting there since Tuesday is the loudest thing on the board. Resolve it and the card says “Unblocked” — with a note. Weekends and days away never inflate the count.

Jira

Your sprint,
dealt into Today.

The update dialog keeps your Jira beside it — what you have in progress first, then what you touched lately. Add one to Today, or drag it into Yesterday or Blockers. Write “new task” and the sprint's unassigned issues are dealt out as cards to pick up.

Meeting mode

Run the standup from the board.

Full screen, one person at a time: a roll call to open, a shuffle that keeps the order a secret, each blocker in a spotlight and a recap to close. Run it from your phone as the remote — everyone else follows on theirs from a QR code, and their reactions float up onto the projector.

Sentry

The errors worth
a look.

Connect the team's Sentry and write a rule — say, the top two unresolved issues in production over the last day. A pill on the board counts them, each gets its own slide after the last speaker, and any one opens in full on its own page.

Digest

Or skip the meeting entirely.

One click turns the day — blockers first — into clean Markdown, or posts it straight into Slack, Google Chat or Discord. The week view exports a per-person report the same way — and people can post their standup from Google Chat, too.

Code review

Who reviewed,
and who's next.

Connect GitHub and Reviewer Picker, and every draw lands in Daily: who was picked, who approved, and each reviewer's chance in the next draw. People who are away are skipped, only counted approvals count, and your own stats sit on your profile.

Under the hood

Quick by design.

It's a web page, so there's nothing to install — and it runs on Cloudflare Workers, so it's quick wherever the team is.

How it works

Three steps.
Nothing to install.

  1. Follow your invite

Your admin sends a link, or a QR code. It creates your account — with Google if you like — and puts you on the team's board. Nothing else to set up.

  2. Fill in your card

Yesterday, today, blockers. Carry over unfinished checklist items, pull your Jira issues in from the drawer beside it, format from the bar, Ctrl+Enter to save.

  3. Run the standup

Walk the board in meeting mode with the team following live, or skip the call and post the digest to chat.

And the rest

Everything else.
Already in the box.

Jira, right in the card

Type an issue key like OP-2197 and it becomes a chip — summary, status and assignee on click, built for meeting mode.

Gantt timeline

The issues your team already mentions become bars on a date axis, one swimlane per person, with a sprint picker on top.

Week grid & streaks

Mon–Fri for the whole team at a glance, with participation, punctuality and blocker stats over 1 to 12 weeks.

Reactions, comments & @mentions

👍 a good update, thread a question on any card, and @mention whoever needs to see it.

Out of office & holidays

Set a range — even after the fact — and your card says “Away” until the day you're back. A team calendar shows who is off, and Thai public holidays drop out of stats on their own.

Notifications & an evening email

A bell collects reactions, comments, replies, @mentions, resolved blockers and nudges. What you missed arrives by email at 18:00.

Ctrl+K, from any page

Jump to a date, a member or a section, set yourself away, cycle the theme — and search every update your team has ever posted.

Checklists that carry forward

Tick items in place on your own row, and pull yesterday's unfinished ones into Today with one click.

A page for every member

Overview, Code review and History in tabs, over a calendar of the last 12 months. Click a day to see the standup and the reviews side by side.

Open a card where you like

Peek at a teammate's update in a drawer at the side, in the middle — resize it and pin it — or rolled onto a cylinder.

A formatting bar, Markdown underneath

Bold, lists, checklists, links and code from a bar above every field, without remembering the syntax — and Markdown renders everywhere it's read.

Small celebrations

A ring closes round your streak on the 7th, 30th and 100th day in a row, emoji fly in, and the status bar closes up with confetti when the last update is in.
